Blogs are everywhere these days and new blog providers are popping up everyday. This is a blog about blogs and a general guide to blogging to help you find what you are looking for in the blog world. Over the next couple of months we will review different blog providers across different blog categories. This is an independent study measuring performance, features, blog exposure, pay vs. free and allot more other factors. Although this blog about blogs is hosted with tblog, we are not influenced or work for tblog when we do our reviews. I would like to make that clear. If they give us the boot for writing a negative review then so be it. But I'm sure it will be a good one.

What is a blog?

mmm..that's a tough one. No not really, this is a blog Homer "doh". As you can see its a little web site or pages containing information on your thoughts. It can be an escape, expression, passion, pastime, hobby or a business inclined motivation. Blogs are very topical and community based. A blog allows people to have a instant personal or business website without or minimal programming knowledge (even my grandma has one, how cute). A blog allows information to be easily updated and archived. Blogs are a great source of topical information and meeting new friends.
